Bailey is a San Diego business owner, and was Mayor of Coronado from 2016-2024. The mission of Common Good SD is to unite San Diegans around a commonsense set of policies for the good of San Diego.

At the start of January 2024, Independent Mayoral Candidate Larry Turner was polling at 4%. Milly Media joined the campaign that month, and by the Primary on March 5, Turner earned 24% of the vote, beating the other challengers, and knocking the high-profile incumbent to less than 50%. By the General Election on November 5th, Turner earned 45% of the vote.
As Campaign Manager, Milly managed a team made up almost entirely of unpaid volunteers. What LT4SD accomplished through sheer grit and determination is extraordinary.
